In recent years he has turned more of his attention to high efficiency residential design with a particular focus on the performance based Passive House philosophy.

With an eye to the future, Nathan is excited to continue designing, utilizing the Passive House model for highly efficient housing. These homes are designed to maximize occupant comfort and minimize energy consumption. He is hopeful for the future, as clients demand better design that sensibly works with nature instead of fighting against it.

Kristen Wolslegel graduated from Green Mountain College in 1994 with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art. She then earned her Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, graduating in 1998. Kristen feels that these degrees complement each other, and that having a foundation in Fine Art has brought greater depth and artistry to her landscape designs.

Kristen enjoys doing residential landscape design, and says, “I have never done two landscape designs that were the same. Every design I do is a reflection of the homeowner's needs, design aesthetic, the style of the home, and the microclimate of the site. It is deeply meaningful work to create places where humans and nature can interact in a beautiful and mutually beneficial way. I love my job!”

She has been a Landscape Designer in Colorado since 1999.

We look forward to working with you.
